Role purpose
Provide accounts management by managing existing project execution i.e. patient support programs and other programs of work adapted to a client’s need from our solution suite. Support new business initiatives via extension projects within current accounts and seek opportunities with new potential clients.
Client Engagement
- Understands Client situation, patient demographics, and objectives
- Communicates requirements, timelines, issues, status, and progress to all project stakeholders (clients, internal and external suppliers involved in projects)
- Is generally viewed as the key contact on accounts and works closely with any Account Executives (AEs) and Senior Account Executives (SAEs) to manage communication content and channels with the Client
- Ensures communication with the client is in alignment with agreed processes and standards as defined by any local policies and practices
- Directly and regularly seeks ad-hoc and formal feedback from the client
- Establishes a broad network across the client account and ensures other internal team members are introduced in a timely fashion based on project deliverables · Approves communication content to Client for AE and SAE
- Leads problem solving / complexities directly with Client and co-ordinates internal team actions to resolve
- Proactively address issues or concerns in your projects to resolve to the client's satisfaction
- Escalates any high-risk Client concerns to a more senior team members
- Agrees problem to be solved and proposes Solution/s to Client
- Proactively manages scope creep and project risks
- Establishes and maintains strong trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders for individual projects and identifies opportunities to establish new connections across his/her client organisations
Client Project Management
- Leads status-calls, client presentations, workshops and responds to project requests
- Provides insight and analysis on overall project status and client relationship, including proactively sharing valuable insights and project results within AH
- Proactively identifies and develops solutions for potential issues or opportunities with current client projects
- Ensures high-quality standards are maintained
- Identifies and brings in needed skilled resources for successful project delivery
- Oversees internal and supplier resources, including briefs, budgets, and deliverables
- Creates project plans, prepares presentations for clients, and supports with financial administration, such as creating budgets and updating financial trackers
- Works with internal functions to ensure high-quality deliverables within budgets
- Ensures accurate records are completed in the form of project management templates, Workflow Max, etc
Budgeting and profitability
- Supports financial management of the project, including opportunity planning, creating budgets, raising POs, reviewing cost estimates (external suppliers)
- Ensures invoices are raised in a timely fashion
- Suggests and acts on options to increase billable hours on Client accounts
- Billable utilization of self and any other team members is met or exceeded
Business Development
- Seeks opportunities to expand Atlantis’ scope of work within existing clients, support in submitting organic growth proposals, and raising ideas within the Client Service team
- Supports the development of new business opportunities (organic and new) through solution ideation, process mapping, budget creation, and attending pitches
- Actively contributes to new business opportunities outside of own accounts by sharing networks and insights
- Is a team-player and willing to help out across all functions of work that the agency is delivery and pitching to win
Product / Solution Knowledge
- Understands whole AH solution suite and can talk about most with confidence
- Can confidently present and advise on OTI Team Working
- Supports with on-boarding of new starters
- Trains and supports junior team members
Compliance and Quality
- Adheres to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures in the Workplace
- Adheres to all other workplace policies and procedures
- Escalates any business risk as determined by policies and procedures
- Fully adheres and contributes to compliance, governance, and quality improvements in the workplace as defined by the QMS
- Completes and passes all mandatory and required training by the due date
- Actively contributes to quality and process improvement initiatives within functional area · Adheres to agreed project management, budgeting, Client Account management processes, and filing systems

Preferred experience and skills
- Ideally 2-4 years in an advertising agency context or similar
- Ability to manage profitable client projects
- Proven ability to reach revenue targets
- Proven ability to reach Client satisfaction metrics in a similar context
- Advanced project management skills
- Ideally Behavioural health or digital health experience OR market research, consumer behaviour, customer or patient experience mapping exposure.
