Our Senior Leadership team (SLT) is comprised of Country Managers and Group functional leads all reporting to the Group CEO. The group is highly experienced and has a diverse experience set. We function as a global unit and the sharing of ideas to gain better results for those on health journeys, our clients, and our employees are second to none.
The SLT is high on collaboration and low on hierarchy so each member can contribute broadly at both a strategic and operational level.
