With Atlantis Health launching in 1996 in Auckland, the team at Atlantis Health NZ are extremely proud of our heritage in applying behavioral science to drive meaningful patient-focused outcomes for our communities throughout Aotearoa for over 25 years.

Our team gets to work on a very broad and culturally diverse range of initiatives, with a focus on leveraging technology innovations. You’ll be working closely with all functions within our teams, including health psychology, strategy, creative, and clinical services. Many of our global Group functions are based in New Zealand; resulting in our market often being the test bed for new global initiatives.

We offer a hybrid working model; with work from home available alongside the option to work in our smart and comfortable office in central Newmarket. We are intentional with cultivating our culture and as such, have regular social get-togethers and are well known for our sense of hard work coupled with a fun outlook.
