We are seeking a strategically and commercially astute Group Finance Director to join our dynamic organisation and play an integral role in the Executive Leadership team while reporting directly to the CEO.

Purpose of Role
This role will partner with a wide range of business units, providing decision support for the executive team and board to achieve their strategic ambitions. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Finance Director to join a company in an exciting time of growth and with a true social purpose.
The successful Group Finance Director will be experienced in driving a finance function to deliver all internal and external financial obligations in a timely manner & to a high standard. Your leadership style will be all-inclusive to ensure the success & development of your team while enabling the company’s core values, which are the cornerstone of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management, including:
• Manage financial functions for the organisation including budgeting, forecasting and financial plans.
• Manage and update where necessary, an effective framework to collect and convert data.
• Meet all financial reporting requirements including detailed monthly & annual financial reports.
Financial Strategy, including:
• Analyse and interpret financial data to forecast the organisation’s financial position and provide sound insights and recommendations to achieve organisational and financial goals
• Work closely with management and the Board to implement organisational strategies to achieve desired goals
• Develop and maintain financial procedures and control systems to identify trends, alerts and mitigate risks
• Recommend contemporary changes to financial systems and processes
Leadership, including:
• Lead relevant finance and administration teams effectively to achieve desired financial and productivity outcomes and targets
• Ensure reporting teams have the capacity and capability of meeting the organisation’s needs & budgets
• Provide financial leadership across the group to assist all employees to understand the part they play in helping make our organisation the successful business that it is
Governance and Compliance, including:
• Ensure the organisation is compliant with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage legislative reporting returns and associated requirements
• Undertake Company Secretary responsibilities including management of board meetings
• Lead contract management responsibilities and relevant reporting
Required experience:
• CA / CPA / CIMA qualified, you will have experience partnering a CEO and working closely with the Board to deliver agreed business objectives across multiple global markets. You are a business partnering expert who can manage a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Further, you will be a passionate leader of people from a nurturing, development, and communication perspective. In return, you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing global business, engage in the strategic decision-making process, and learning from industry leading executives.
• Financial management experience with prior experience (10+ years) in senior finance roles working within an agency model (ideal healthcare agency servicing the pharmaceutical sector with creative and digital solutions) would be an advantage.

Role Details
• Permanent Part time role - 20 hours per week
• Based in US Office – At least 1 day per week in office, option WFH all other days.
• Reports directly to CEO – based in NZ.
• Dotted line to US Country Manager – relating to AHUS financial support
You must have the right to work full-time in the U.S.A.
