About the Role
We seek a Senior Sales Engineer with a Digital Health focus to join us as a core technical sales lead for our US operation, also supporting the UK and Germany offices. This role will understand, shape, and articulate customer technical requirements and sell innovative solutions using Atlantis Health platforms.
The role involves supporting all technical aspects of the sales process, including defining the professional services delivery engagements’ scope, requirements, and cost estimates for technology delivery.

What You’ll Accomplish
As a member of the Atlantis Group Technology team, your role is to partner with the in-market US, UK and Germany Account and Strategy teams, acting as a technical sales advisor to support selling and delivering the digital components of our solutions. Key activities include:
- Engaging customer stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities and product plans, identify potential use cases, and understand their tech stack and unique technical requirements.
- Applying your understanding of technology to design and sell innovative solutions that leverage Atlantis Health’s platforms to address customer technical requirements.
- Evangelising the technical, regulatory, security, and data privacy capabilities of Atlantis Health solutions.
- Owning all technical aspects of the sales process, including answering technical questions, conducting product demonstrations, building technical parts of proposal documentation, and scoping the technical work to be done as part of delivery engagements.
- Supporting the Account teams in completing technical, regulatory, security, and data privacy assessments from potential customers.
- Developing relationships across complex customer stakeholder landscapes, building a reputation as a trusted technical advisor.
- Collaborating with Project Delivery, Product, and Platform teams to ensure successful transition and implementation, stay abreast of emerging customer needs, and guide the Product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience designing and delivering global patient-centric digital projects/programs, including technology pitch/presales, multi-market design, and roll-out with local adaptation and deployment.
- Technical fluency: Ability to examine, interpret, and articulate complex technical information to technical and executive audiences. Applied experience working with one or more technology stacks/components: public cloud infrastructure (Salesforce, Veeva, AWS), APIs, microservices architecture, native iOS development, native Android development, and web apps.
- Healthcare security and data privacy experience: Experience working with healthcare products or software systems with requirements related to SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Customer focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and creating solutions that delight, specifically experience with regulated digital health use cases in the Pharma and MedTech industry.
- Problem-solving ability: Able to apply a structured, analytical problem-solving approach and distil clarity from ambiguity to design innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills: Able to craft a compelling story and effectively communicate the vision and value of Atlantis Health to a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial acumen: Able to prioritise and focus on the most significant opportunities to drive value for our customers while driving profitability.
- Startup experience and attitude: Get energy from rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Insatiable curiosity: Able to ramp up quickly in the role and succeed in a rapidly evolving environment.

- Increase in technology solution sales revenue through client engagement in pre-sales in both new and existing client bases.
- Increase in confidence in selling and delivering technology solutions to EU teams.
