Purpose of Role
We seek an AI Solution Architect to join us as a core technical lead for our AI initiatives, focusing on AWS AI technologies, with experience in Microsoft CoPilot and AWS? (we mention below). This role will support developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to support our global internal operations and customer projects.
The role involves supporting all technical aspects of AI solution design, including defining the scope, requirements, and cost estimates for AI technology delivery in professional services delivery engagements. Use cases include using AI to enhance internal business processes and optimize patient engagement solutions.
Ideal Candidates will have the right mix of experience, technical and soft skills. This role is not suitable for introverted technologists. The ideal candidate must feel comfortable leading and educating internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Accomplish
As a member of the Atlantis Group Technology team, your role is to partner with the in-market teams, acting as a technical AI advisor to support the global team in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. Key activities include:
- Engaging stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities and identify potential use cases.
- Applying your understanding of AI technologies to both enhance Atlantis business solution design processes and, design innovative solutions that leverage Atlantis Health’s platforms to address customer/patient requirements.
- Evangelizing the technical, regulatory, security, and data privacy capabilities of Atlantis Health AI solutions.
- Owning all technical aspects of the AI solution design process, including answering technical questions, conducting product demonstrations, and scoping the technical work for delivery engagements.
- Supporting the Account teams in completing technical, regulatory, security, and data privacy assessments from potential customers.
- Developing relationships across complex customer stakeholder landscapes, building a reputation as a trusted technical advisor.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience as Tech Lead or Solution Architect designing and delivering innovative digital solutions.
- AWS AI Technologies: Proficiency in AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Bedrock is essential. The candidate should have experience designing and implementing AI solutions using these services.
- Microsoft Copilot: The candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Copilot, which our staff currently uses to automate simple tasks such as notetaking.
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning: A strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms is crucial. The candidate should be able to develop, train, and deploy models on cloud platforms.
- Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud computing, particularly with AWS, is necessary. The candidate should be able to design AWS distributed systems and applications in collaboration with our in-house AWS Solution Architect.
- Big Data and Data Engineering: Experience handling and processing large datasets is essential. The candidate should be skilled in data engineering and able to work with big data technologies in collaboration with our in-house Data Analyst.
- DevOps and MLOps: Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices is beneficial for managing the lifecycle of AI models and ensuring their scalability and reliability.
- Security and Compliance: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements, especially when dealing with sensitive information, is essential.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial. This includes both written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovation Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for AI applications within the organization.
- Adaptability: Being open to learning new technologies and adapting to the rapidly evolving AI landscape is important.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams is necessary to successfully implement AI solutions.
- Customer Focus: A strong focus on understanding and meeting the needs of customers and end-users.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
